“Food is really a big matter in Thai culture"

If you are truly Thai, you will think about the food you will be eating for tomorrow or even next week! It is a serious matter to eat delicious food in our daily life. Even in our language, we ask everyone we meet “Have you eaten yet?” It’s even a common Thai greeting which shows how food plays an important role in our life in Thailand.

“Deep Cultural Meaning”

Food in Thai culture is about community and generosity. We love to share food with our guests and family. Even Strangers. We love to see them taste the delicious food!! . In our tradition, the food sharing is always seen by the hosts in every ceremony such as housewarming, Thai new year, Songkran festival, or even Buddhist ordination ceremony. Sharing food shows respect and harmony in Thai culture.

“Mix & Match Food Style”

Thai food and dessert express creativity and freedom. We love to eat food with unimaginable ingredients. Every dish has many flavors like sweet, sour, salty, bitter, and spicy. Every meal can have several different dishes served together. Different cultures and traditions are blended into Thai food. It’s just fun to see!
